Salsa Macha

This is not your typical salsa as it does not have a tomato or tomatillo base. This dried chili and oil mix is a truly different salsa that transforms a dish from delicious to amazing.   Ingredients: Olive oil, dried morita peppers, peanuts, sesame seeds brown sugar, salt. This salsa is delicious over eggs, on roasted vegetables and even on a good toast with peanut butter, hummus or labneh. I especially like it on beef or carnitas tacos, or even over meat lovers pizza. You can also use it under the skin in roast chicken and it lends a truly delicious flavor.
