Yes folks it's true, the GliderKeeper Pico is the First Glider Altimeter with Flight Duration Option and FAI Approved Firmware for F5J. The GliderKeeper Pico is a competition altimeter and time keeper that brings simplicity to your F5J competitions. While it may look like other FAI altimeters, it comes packed with all sorts of useful features that the others don't have.  For example, to time your flights accurately, the flight timer is started upon throttle movement at launch; and ends at the moment your glider touches the ground, thanks to the built in accelerometer.  Whats different about the Pico? The Pico has been redesigned to be lighter and smaller than the previous model. The OLED display has been removed and is now a separate device that can be plugged in after the plane has landed or you can just leave it connected.
