ʻUlu (Breadfruit) Cupcake Mix

Our cupcake mix is a blend of ʻUlu flour with other gluten free, non-GMO, vegan flours. This mix makes a dozen regular size cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes.  Hawaiʻian ʻUlu is a staple crop that was brought over by the Polynesians. When you purchase a product from the Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative you are supporting 150+ Hawaiʻi farmers across the state of Hawaiʻi. Ingredients: flour (ʻUlu flour, oat flour, whole grain brown rice flour, white rice flour, sweet rice flour), sugar, potato starch, baking powder, tapioca starch, salt, xanthan gum.
