Beginner Sourdough Class - Sunday, February 23 - 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Join us for our beginner sourdough class! In this class you will learn the process of working with sourdough from start to finish. We will feed the sourdough, make a biga, shape, score and bake the loaves. We will do an open bake method and you can take home the loaf.
