The fabric is light and flowy cotton blend. The blouse is has an elasticized, beautifully ruffled neckline so it can be worn above the shoulders, or at the shoulder, depending on your preference. The slightly puffed sleeves are elasticized at the ends, made to fall just below the elbow. The bodice of the blouse is roomy. The simple skirt has elastic at the waist, and is made to fall just below the knee (I am happy to adjust it to any length you would like).
