Wicked Witch Cosplay Costume Dress for Teens/Adults

**YOU MUST MEASURE YOURSELF PRIOR TO CHOOSING A SIZE** This version of the Witch's costume is made in two pieces - a jacket and skirt - in absolutely gorgeous lightweight bridal taffeta. The jacket has a band collar and full length split sleeves with dramatic shoulder accents. The front closure is accented with working covered buttons, as are the forearms of the sleeves. The floor length skirt is fitted at the waist and flared to the floor, including a modest train. There are hook and bar closures at the waistband and back placket. Both pieces are hand-hemmed, and all exposed seams are overcast.
