The dress, cape, and belt are made in 100% quilt quality cotton. The dress has full length sleeves with puffs (decorated with satin ribboning), a band collar, and a zipper closure at the back. The belt has a peplum and grommets, laced with grosgrain ribbon. The full-length cape is unlined, and ties at the neck also with grosgrain ribbon. The hat is made of felt and has a detachable scarf of chiffon. All seams are finished.
