Dolman Dress in Seersucker

We took our beloved Dolman top and made it into a dress!  Easy to wear slip on design with back ties for making it as fitted as you like on the high waist.  Joined together at center front & neckline with bias binding.  Dolman sleeves for the perfect arm coverage.  Gathered at the center front for a no cling fit.  deep pockets at the side seam that do not add bulk.
