Elder is often cited as one of the very best brews in the world. It’s easy to taste why. The beer is well-crafted with attention to detail in all the right places. The real-life Pliny the Elder is credited with formulating the structure of today’s encyclopedia and under any reference book’s entry for “Double IPA,” there should be a picture of this explosively good beer.
