This cold/heating pad is sewn and filled by hand with love and care. The Lavender Cold/Heating Pad is perfect for sore muscles, headaches, cramps, relaxation, sleep, and much more! They make perfect gifts, too! (Fabric designs may vary). ♡ Tip: leave the heating pad in its resealable bag to keep its long-lasting scent!    Instructions: (Included on the tag of each product). Microwave 30 seconds at a time until warm or pop in the freezer for 15 minutes for a cold pack!  Ingredients: Organic Dried Lavender Buds, Flax Seed and Rice. Approximate Size:  Approximately 4x8 and 100% Cotton Fabric. To Clean: Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Let air dry & repeat if necessary.  Disclosure: Please follow the provided instructions in order to keep the cold/heating pad at the correct temperature. Do not leave the cold/heating pad unattended in the microwave for long periods of time. Please use the pad responsibly when heating.
