Madly Doting Hairpiece

Two handmade resin flowers, connected like constellations with a waterfall of delicate chain as petals-like raindrops-fall from the sides... is this a dream?  Each pastel primrose bursts with tiny pearls, flaunting their subdued hues until the sun sets, and the electricity of the evening lights up the hairpiece with it's glow-in-the-dark show.
