60 Hour Fundamentals of Real Estate Course

TN Real Estate Commission Approved Course #8143 Successful completion of this course is required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission before taking the real estate exam. CARES offer this course in our classroom in 15 4-hour modules.  This course and these modules can be taken in any order at the pace set by the student. The student will receive with this course a new copy of the Principles of Modern Real Estate Practice. The course must be completed within 1 calendar year of purchase to be eligible for reporting to the TN Real Estate Commission. Once you have purchased this course, you will receive an email within 1 business day from our Professional Development Department with instructions on how to register for attendance.
