30 Hour Course for New Affiliates

TN Real Estate Commission Approved Course #8142 Successful completion of this course is required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission before applying for a real estate license.  This course can be taken and completed either before, during or after the 60-Hour Fundamentals course and real estate exam. CARES offer this course in our classroom in 4 4-hour in-class modules with an approximate 14 hours of at-home assignments.  This course and these modules can be taken in any order at the pace set by the student. The student will receive with this course a copy of the required materials. The course must be completed within 1 calendar year of purchase to be eligible for reporting to the TN Real Estate Commission. Once you have purchased this course, you will receive an email within 1 business day from our Professional Development Department with instructions on how to register for attendance.
