Wooden tree display for ornaments

This wooden tree is designed to display 30 ornaments on little gold colored hooks hanging from ten branches positioned around the axis of the main trunk.  The trunk is secured upright into a sturdy wooden cross-piece. The complete tree stands an average of 3 feet tall so it will display your ornaments very nicely at eye level when positioned on a table.  The bottom three longest branches each hold 4 ornaments, the next three branches above these hold 3 ornaments each, the next two branches hold 2 ornaments each and the top two branches hold one ornament each.  Assembly: 1) Fit the two pieces of the base together into a cross with the small hole facing up and the slightly larger hold facing down. Remove the nut from the machine screw and insert the machine screw up from the bottom so the round end of the screw lies on the bottom. 2_ Screw the shorter section of the trunk into screw emerging from the top of the base to a snug fit. 3. Screw the longer section of the trunk into the top of
