Dinosaural Cogmeister

Coggins Audio brings us the Dinosaural Cogmeister, a unique three-in-one gain pedal that has been a project over ten years in the making. The original idea came up in 2010 when Dan was playing in a cover band and was looking for a pedal that would fit between the legs of his microphone stand. It wasn't until 2020 that Dan finally decided to create a prototype, fine-tuning it at open mic nights until he was impressed with the results. The Cogmeister started as a crowdfunding project via Facebook, with Dan hand-building the first 50 units. Demand quickly grew, and with Thorpy's help, the pedal is now produced in commercial production facilities. This three-in-one gain pedal features three sections: Push, Drive, and Solo, each with its own true bypass stomp switch and corresponding LED. The unique arrangement of these sections and the distinctive gain structure provide a wide range of tonalities, from a clean boost to bold distortion.
