New York State Ornament with heart located in Albany region. Fabricated out of 14 guage steel, it is then hand ground to a shiny finish. Raw steel is a beautiful and rustic choice. Raw steel has it's own natural blemishes and no two pieces will look the same! Raw steel is does not have a finishing layer, so it may eventually show slight rust. This is a great, rustic look. But if you do not like it, it CAN be removed by brushing it gently with a piece of steel wool.
