Delta Epsilon Phi Induction Fee (High School)

Eligible students may be inducted into their local ΔΕΦ chapter upon registration and payment of the induction fee. The Induction Fee includes an official ΔΕΦ Membership Certificate produced with student name, chapter, school, and for digital certificates a unique member roll number for membership tracking. We are now offering Digital Certificates emailed as .pdf files to the registered member advisor within 5 business days and can be printed at your convenience. Please Note: Student names must be submitted using this linked form. Our certificates are printed on high-quality letterhead and will be shipped (not delivered) within 5 business days of the order. We cannot control USPS transit delivery times. We do not keep all certificates "on-file", so any replacements would be ordered separately.
