Its elongated shank by 3 mm provide access to deep periodontal pockets and root surfaces of 5 mm or more. Use for scaling mesial surfaces of posterior teeth. Product Details: Tips use patented with XP Technology for an enhanced experience. Durable tips with a smooth surface that aids material from not sticking or pulling back.  Due to the XP Technology, tips never have to be sharpened.
