Maintenance Kit (Statim 2000)

Maintenance kit is compatible with the Statim 2000 sterilizer. Kit Includes: cassette seal, liquid soap, compressor filter, biological filter (S/N 2101DK0274 and above), and in-line water filter. (OEM #01-100028S - Gasket only) Cassette Seal Instructions using the Statim Maintenance Kit (PDF): Open, cool, and separate cassette before removing the seal. Place the side of the cassette with the seal on a flat surface. Begin with any of the 4 corners to pry the cassette seal loose using a gasket removal tool (#DG-100). Pry the seal away from the cassette tray. Do NOT poke the seal directly. Position the tool between gasket and tray. Remove the seal by pulling down and out at the same time, until removed from the cassette housing. After the seal is removed, then inspect, clean, and remove any residue in the cassette housing groove. Examine for dings or dents in the housing groove on both halves of the cassette. With the new seal in hand, lubricate the outer edge that will come in contact
