Farrell Ash Hurleys

Farrell Hurls is a family run, Dublin based business. Bernard and Dean have been handcrafting hurls, exclusively from Irish ash, since 2011. The AH team visited the Farrell's workshop in 2024 and we were thoroughly impressed by their expertise, attention to detail, and, ultimately, the quality of the hurl they're producing. So much so that we felt it was time to add a Dublin style hurl to our lineup! As always, each ash hurl is unique, but generally speaking the Farrell hurls are on the heavier end of the spectrum, with the balance of the weight being in the bás. Shape wise, these hurls tend to have a more pronounced/pointier toe, with a smoothly rounded heel.
