Memmert Forced Convection Oven Model ULE500 The Memmert Forced Convection Oven Model ULE500 is a forced convection oven that features a 6-step regulation of ventilation (fresh air supply); is constructed from acid resistant steel; has an auto-diagnostic system with failure indication; and manually set alarm for too high temperature. Our technicians test ovens using a digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts.
