The interior vacuum vessel is made of 304 stainless steel and has an aluminum removable shelf. The vacuum door has a large view port made of tempered glass with a vacuum seal made of silicon. The Shel Lab SVAC2 vacuum oven has good temperature stability of +/- 6°C and a temperature uniformity of +/- 3.2° C at 110° C and can reach its maximum operating temperature within 42 minutes. Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test ovens using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts and run the unit under vacuum to ensure chamber integrity.
