To save the environment art is often resorted to, to communicate to people what words cannot seem to achieve. Over the past 100 years to now, the landscape of the earth has drastically changed for the worse with much of our forests having been burned to the ground, and arable land destroyed due to factory farming. This re-imagining of the Blue Marble using vibrant shades of blue and green to take the viewer back to a time when greener pastures were rampant is designed to inspire hope and a sense of urgency in the viewer to play their role and return the Earth to the brighter state it was in half a century ago.
