I'm 69 years old, a proud father of 3 and grandfather of 8. I am a designer and manufacturer of both women's garments and jewelry. The inspiration for Chop-Above came from my mum who had a wooden chopping board with fixed legs. I grew up wanting a cutting board similar to hers, but with a larger surface area so I could chop and slide food directly into the bowl and eliminate spillage, particularly when transferring fine ve
