We created the Kid-Safe blend (for ages 7+) called Sniffles to help children and support their immune and respiratory systems as they recover from colds and overall yuckiness. INGREDIENTS: Black Spruce Essential Oil (Picea mariana) Cypress Essential Oil (Cupressus sempervirens) Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia) Marjoram (Sweet) Essential Oil (Origanum marjorana) Spearmint Essential Oil (Mentha spicata)* *Spearmint has been noted to be a much safer option for respiratory relief than peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils. We do not recommend using this blend for children under the age of 2, as there might be a slight risk of irritating the mucous membranes. INSTRUCTIONS: Roll onto your child's chest, back of the neck or bottoms of the feet. Can be used during the day or at night when stuffiness occurs. Maximum use is 1-2x per day.
