Emerging from original research and collaborative partnership with youth, mental health experts, and leading artists, this 14-piece deck features AR-activated artwork and prompts that address topics such as racial stress, communication techniques, and best practices for handling conflict. Explored as a group or independently, the Well + Being Card Deck is an educational toolkit designed to help young people find their center, address their trauma, and cultivate the peace they need to navigate a challenging world.
