Introducing our AMTuned phaser timing sprockets for the Audi B6 / B7 platform. We have been successfully remachining sprockets for years now with many requests for a new made from scratch sprocket. Our sprockets are made in the USA here in Florida and carved out of certified hardened 4140 steel with a hardness rating of HRC 32. New installation video coming soon. The video for our remachined sprockets can be used in the meantime. *NOTE: It is essential to confirm your mechanical adjuster assembly is in the LOCKED position with performing your final install prior to setting the timing.
