Pictorial hardcover with clipped dust jacket, unpaginated, published by Hallmark in Kansas City 1974.  Illustrations by Carl Cassler, eight paper mechanics by Howard Lohnes. Pop-ups, mechanics, and dioramas are in perfect condition with full motion. Interior is free of marks, folds, bends, or tears, save for a neat, cursive gift inscription in the frontispiece, "Happy birthday Katharine from Grandmother Mabel." Bumped spine corners, normal shelf wear, and light soiling. A splendid example of a rarer volume that celebrates the beloved Mr. Roger's Neighborhood legacy.  ~9 x 7 x .25in, 12 oz scarcity rating: 1+
