It can also be custom carved in the eye image of the love of your life - your child, lover, best friend, or yourself.  The cameo is set in this exquisite gold necklace with an inverted diamond and 18k gold charm with a sea urchin design on an adjustable, 18", 18k yellow gold chain. The word 'love' is carved into the gold on the back of the necklace.  Yes!
