International Standard Book Number (ISBN) Number 979-8-21-007219-1.  This book features watercolor painting illustrations of the area around Rookery Estuary, Southwest of Florida. Sharley the Sea Turtle was created in response to my volunteer turtle tracking experiences.  During evening beach clean ups, I met many visitors of all ages, who seemed to have the same general questions and heart felt concern and curiosities about the sea turtles, the beach and the ocean.  This haiku story is written and illustrated by me and is intended to be an educational tool.  I sincerely hope this story helps to shine some light on the challenges the sea turtles face in their cycle of life and what we humans may do raise our awareness to help them and love them.   life and death matters for their species to
