Kashio Aoiki "02" from the "Honeymoon Series (Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio)
Following their wedding in 1954, Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio boarded a Pan American Airlines flight to Japan for their Honeymoon. Upon their arrival they were bombarded by photographers and refused to take any press photos. Surprisingly the DiMaggios allowed the PanAm steward who had helped them on their flight, Kashio Aoki, take a few shots on his personal camera. The "Honeymoon Series" offers a glimpse into the personal lives of the newlyweds on their honeymoon.
