Our nod to the Halloween classic is made using a perfectly balanced 55% Valrhona dark chocolate and filled with a devilish surprise — pumpkin-spiced hazelnuts. To ensure a perfect taste, the hazelnuts are candied and then coated in alternating layers of dark and milk chocolate seasoned with a house pumpkin spice blend. The hazelnuts are finished with caramelized white chocolate and crispy crepes.
