Just in time to celebrate Pride and a summer of love, we're excited to release a seasonal collection that offers a journey into summer’s freshest fruits and flavors.Featuring hand-picked fruits from the Santa Monica Farmers Market, we've crafted a rich culinary experience in each bonbon that highlights unique flavors and pairings. The collection includes: Strawberry & Aged BalsamicHarry’s Berries strawberries, basil, and balsamic blended with Sonoma County Clover cream and finished with vanilla and lemon for the perfect summer strawberry bite. Bergamot & Olive OilDark chocolate ganache seasoned floral bergamot, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Topped with a tart bergamot pâte de fruit made with candied bergamot peels to enhance flavor and texture. Meyer Lemon & White MisoMeyer lemon juice is infused with vanilla beans and caramelized, then blended with white miso for a nutty, umami finish. The ganache is completed with fresh sudachi, Agrumato lemon oil and a touch of Li
