11 x 6 inches HEAT PRESS REQUIRED, THESE WILL NOT WORK WITH CRICUT EASY PRESS OR HTV RONT PRESS. NO IRON EITHER! Please note each heatpress is different so finding the right temperature for your press is important! I recommend getting a heat temperature gun to check your heat press temperature. Recommended Heat Press from HeatpressNation: https://shrsl.com/4ppzw Pressing Instructions: 1. Prepress garment for 5 seconds 2. Remove White Backing from Transfer 3. Press garment with transfer at 300 degrees for 20 seconds with high pressure, NO TEFLON SHEET  4. Peel WARM  5. If you would like to press again you can use parchment paper PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER ERROR, YOU WILL NEED TO FIND THE SETTINGS THAT WORK BEST FOR YOUR HEATPRESS. RECOMMENDED IS 325-350 FOR 15 seconds
