Turquoise Cross/Beaded Cross/Decorative Cross/ Silver Cross/ Christian Gift/Religious Gift/Desktop Cross/Personalized Cross
I wanted to make a cross using different techniques. This one has several! Embossing, painting and wire wrapping! This cross starts like the others that are metal with cutting the cross shape out of a sheet of aluminum. The edges are then filed and sanded smooth. The cross shape is put into a rolling mill to get the cool background design. A copper-colored aluminum sheet is cut into a square shape and run through the mill to create the design that looks like a flower. Again, I used teal paint and wiped it off to show only the indented petals. I punched holes in the cross and square and attached an oval synthetic howlite turquoise bead to the square and the cross with antique copper colored wire. Thick 12-gauge copper colored wire was looped and wrapped around the cross to create more dimension. If you want a unique cross, this is it!A stand is inclu
