Unlike many industrial cheeses, we use traditional animal rennet (no vegetable or GMO FPC rennet here!) to create a cheese that’s both more authentic and easier on your digestive system. The raw milk used in our cheddar comes from 100% grass-fed, regeneratively raised Jersey cows, carefully rotated on lush pastures.
