Our Long Aged Cheddar is made the way cheese was meant to be made, using raw A2 milk to retain all of its natural enzymes and nutrients. Unlike many industrial cheeses, we use traditional animal rennet (no vegetable or GMO FPC rennet here!) to create a cheese that’s more authentic and easier on the digestive system. The raw milk used in our cheese comes from 100% grass-fed, regeneratively raised Jersey cows that are rotated on lush pastures. Their diet of diverse, nutrient-dense forage contributes to healthier cows and, ultimately, healthier cheese.
