Fourth generation winemaker Elisabetta Foradori along with her husband Rainer Zierock are credited with bringing back the Teroldego varietal while also tending Pinot Grigio vines. Today Elisabetta’s children manage most of the winemaking with oversight from their mom while Elisbetta focuses on cheese production.
