Presented here is the Douay-Rheims Bible as revised by Bishop Challoner in the eighteenth century to make the reading more understandable. This new reprint of the standard-size Douay-Rheims Bible is from the 1914 P. J. Kenedy & Sons edition.   Featuring a sewn hardbound, in imitation leather (Skivertex), with durable premium end sheets (Permalex).  These editions have an attractive cover with a gold foil boarder surrounding the Cross.  It is printed on Bible paper to make the book less bulky and more compact.
