Vermont Epicurean - Maple Teriyaki Grilling Sauce

A sweet and thick version of this classic sauce! Our recipe combines traditional teriyaki with pure local maple syrup and raw brown sugar for a taste that has fast become everybody's favorite. It's delicious on chicken and steak, both as a marinade and on the grill. Chicken wing aficionados love how it cooks on sticky and sweet!  In the pan or wok, it creates a wonderful sweet glaze finish on all your stir-fry veggies, tofu, or meats. Drizzle a little over cooked salmon for an amazing accent flavor.
