Assam CTC Indian Black Tea, Pouch (5.00 oz) Certified Organic, Single Origin, Loose Tea Our Assam CTC BOP Indian Black Tea has a rich malty flavor that goes perfectly with Anjali’s Chai Masala. The two products can be used together to make a delicious masala chai. Suggested Use: Pour 7 oz of freshly boiled water over 1 tsp of  Assam CTC Tea and 1/4 tsp of Anjali's Chai Masala (in a tea steeper) and steep for 1-3 minutes. Remove steeper and add ~1 oz of milk and sweeten to taste.  One pouch makes approx. 71 (8 oz) cups of tea.   Shipping Note: Orders received by 2 pm EST typically ship the same day.
