Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue… Did you know, that in Judaism blue is the color of spirituality? In fact, one of the most magical places in Israel is a hilltop city called Tzfat. The incredibly picturesque town, overlooking the Galilee, is full of Kabbalists and artists (and Kabbalist artists) and everything in the town – from the window panes, to the walls of the synagogues, to the doors of every structure is painted a rich, vibrant blue. This amazing place was the inspiration behind this stunning ketubah.
