In this program, we'll focus on the areas where you would like to see change or improvement. In a holistic way: anything we work on will positively contribute to other parts and areas of your life. You will learn tools and practices I've developed and many other clients have transformed their lives with. You can apply these tools at any time between sessions. They are life-long proven tools. Each session will include teaching/explanation of psychology and energy and how they might have impacted the underlying causes and reasons for the topic we are working on, coaching questions and reflections as guidance for change and improvement, and a guided energy activation focused on what needs to be released, transformed, or amplified for the desired change/result to occur. Energy activations will be recorded and available for download/replay at any time. Practicing energy activations is the key to achieving sustainable results. We'll also use my Bloomtica® method depending on the topic of each session. Bloomtica® method blends energy, nature, and art and is a powerful way to anchor and reinforce the the desired change. This option of the program includes: 3 months (13 weeks) Virtual sessions. We will discuss and agree on the best frequency of the sessions depending on your schedule, situation and desired outcomes. Sessions are 1 hour long. Unlimited additional live sessions with 24 hours notice as needed so we can work through whatever comes up right away and even in-the-moment. Support in-between sessions via email and text Meditations/energy activations (recorded during sessions and provided to the client as .mp3 files) Exercises to complete in-between sessions Investment: $30,000 The client can reschedule a session with 24-hour notice (to be used within 13 weeks period) Additional videos and meditations will be shared as needed and when relevant and valuable.
