Vintage Oak Wood Curvy Candlestick Holders

A pair of candlestick holders made of oak wood. The stain is a lovely shade of varied light brown. The openings are large for holding modern candles with wider bases. The combination of a vintage curvy natural wood holder with a more sleek modern candle in a funky shape has all the elements of a modernist sculpture. I suspect these candlestick holders were once lamps given the wide top with a small hole drilled in the middle. Under the felt on the bottom, there is a similar size hole just wide enough for a lamp wire.  D I M E N S I O N S: 10.5" tall x 4" wide at base x 2" opening for a candle C O N D I T I O N: The candlesticks are in good condition with some remaining wax from previous use as well as some discoloring in the wood.
