Hilltop Amber - American Amber Ale American Ale Beer Kit Style: American Amber Ale ABV: 4.7% Color: Amber A beautiful looking amber ale. Medium body with plenty of malt characteristics including the flavor of caramel malt. Hop flavor and aroma are also apparent, but the beer is not extremely bitter. Three different types of hops are used to achieve a moderately assertive hop character, which balances the caramel malt's sweetness. The effect is both complex and satisfying.
