Kolsch - 1 Gallon

Brewer's Best Kolsch - 1 Gallon Kit Kolsch style beers are crisp, clean, easy drinking ales, and that is exactly what you get with this kit. There is a straw-yellow hue similar to a pilsner but it is much less hoppy and even a bit sweeter. It uses a pilsen malt and a small amount of wheat. In order to achieve the lager-like characteristics this ale is famous for, we recommend using a liquid Kolsch yeast, that is not included in this kit, but can easily be found in store or online.
