Sunrise Gold - Summer Lemon Ale Seasonal Ale Beer Kit Style: Specialty Fruit-Style Blond Ale ABV: 4.3% Color: Golden This is a very refreshing beer, with medium body and a moderate hopping level that compliments the fruit flavor rather than competing with it. After experimenting with real lemon juice (too acidic!) we found a combination of lemon and lime peel, to perfectly balance the flavor.   All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast.
