The beer has deep brown color, medium body, and lots of flavor. American Brown Ale is a moderately malty beer, with the flavor and aroma of hops from the American northwest to add complexity. There are a range of malt flavors, including toasted malt, caramel malt and chocolate roasted malt, but there is much less malt sweetness compared to the English style brown ales. Overall, a nice ale which has real character without heavy body.   All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons.
