Hand Sculpted Stoneware Pottery Framed Art Tile Monarch Butterflies Ginkgo Leaves OOAK

This art tile depicts a pair of Monarch Butterflies flying over Ginkgo Leaves. I hand built the tile individually forming each butterfly and leaf and applying it to the clay slab using stoneware clay which I then bisque fired. After the bisque I glazed the piece and it was fired again. I put it in this beautiful stained oak frame that was made especially for and to match this tile. This piece is signed by me. The tile itself measures approx. 4 1/2" x 8 1/4". Total measurements framed are approx. 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" x 2" deep. This is a one of a kind piece. Each tile I make is different. I don't make an original that I cast others from. Each tile I make is the original and one of a kind.Please note: all monitors and phone screens can show colors a bit different than they actually appear.
