About the Coffee Every fall we release our Harvest Moon blend to complement the beautiful fall season in Wisconsin. This year's rendition of our beloved seasonal blend has some sweet honey notes complemented by dark chocolate and cinnamon spice. Coffee from Sumatra and Guatemala come together to create the perfect, slightly roast-y blend with a nice balanced body. Yes, it is a medium-dark roast, but you should find some nice acidity sparkling in the cup.
